Looks like a wall hack.

This isn't the first time I heard someone call "WTF" on that same player. It cannot be simply coincidence.

I will vouch for this call of shenanigans against this "punishman" player.

Begone, doer of inexplicable villainy! Let swing the mighty Hammer of Banishment upon this foulsome wretch! May it smite true and cast the foe unto ever lasting infamy!

Just wanted to follow up with another report, this player once again has been found making impossible kills and receiving complaints.

it appears he uses some form of hack which allows him either to shoot through walls, or to somehow position himself (with firing capability) in places other than where his character appears to others.
The nature of the hack itself is nevertheless trivial, and should not affect the seriousness of the matter that he is using any such thing in the first place.

It is worth pointing out also, that his ping in the occasion showed as ~55ms. This removes any question of the issue being a misinterpreted effect resulting from a poor internet connection.

Upon confrontation on this latest incident, the offender was talked into revealing that he had already been banned on other servers. He then seemed attempting to obscure the reason why this was with unintelligible commentary, trying to lead the chat away from the topic of his cheating accusations.

Remember that true proof, such as would be called for in law outside the internet, can never be reasonably expected. Positively unquestionable proof would require absurd measures to obtain, such as a search warrant for his computer.

Thus we must make do with far less chary measures and eschew the "burden of proof" argument, lest it completely impairs our capability to act against online cheaters.
